There is room here for all types of ecovillagers. There is space for families and many possible building sites. River and mountain views with south facing slopes are abundant. Power, potable water and roads are in place to the existing Common House and adjacent to the primary building sites. Current zoning provides for a wide range of possibilities. A cooperative housing model with shared ownership of: the land, community and agricultural buildings, and the option of shared communal meals is seen as a suitable foundation. http://www.chf.bc.ca/
